We are not hiding the delivery charges, the last column on every item indicates the delivery cost + vat for one or maybe more of the item.

Orders received before 4.30pm for items in stock on next day deliveries will be dispatched same day.
Currently we supply to UK and export ( see contact page for details) to EU and other countries. UK mainland delivery service (delivery & packing) costs are below.
Some highland / offshore postcodes may have a delivery surcharge which will be advised before we ship.
Please call for delivery charges for Island addresses, (small items can go via post at normal Royal Mail rates.

You can select the delivery service you need in the shopping cart and the actual figure is calculated for each order on the cart page, a rough guide for single quantities are below;

Once an order has been accepted and processed the delivery type cannot be changed and under no circumstances can the delivery address be changed.

Its the responsibility of the customer to be available to receive the goods, in the event of non delivery due to no-one being available to sign / receive them the customer is liable for the return carriage charges in additional to the delivery charges.

In the event of a delivery problem we will supply the parcel reference number / local telephone number and in the first instance its the responsibilty of the customer to contact the courier. (The customer is in the best position to confirm the position and give directions as required). We will persue the matter if it is unresolved but we will require the local name of the person spoken to by the customer.

Delivery days means normal working days ie Monday to Friday, exlcudes bank holiday, Christmas / New years eve.
Whilst Royal Mail do deliver on Saturday this is not guaranteed, customers expecting such do so on this understanding.
Delivery days / times for Recored delivery / Special delivery is as per standard 1st and 2nd class mail. 1st class mail is NOT guaranteed for next day. There is no tracking on recorded delivery, it is as the name suggests "recorded delivery".(Items below 60g go first class, above 60g go second class / other).

Royal Mail required that we wait for 7 working days for first class and 10 for second class before they will accept the item has been lost, at busy times or for other reasons they can extend these time scales, which we are bound to.

If you required next day delivery (or by a specific date) select it, do not rely on 1st class mail.
We reserve the right to change delivery method, within customer selection, as required.
Were an item is delayed / lost by couriers or Royal Mail their investigation must be completed before replacement can be shipped, if applicable.
Delivery charges for non defective returns may not be refundable.

There will always be some problems with delivery delays due to vehicle breakdowns and other reasons, we can not and do not accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail and / or other courier service. In the event of late delivery we will refund the difference between the next day and standard charges.

All prices exclude VAT. Any queries regarding outstanding deliveries or any other outstanding matters
should be emailed as per contact page.

NOTE: All delivery shortages must be informed to us in writing within 5 Days.
